NATIONAL THIRD PARTY ACCESS CODE FOR NATURAL GAS PIPELINE SYSTEMS - REG 2.26

2.26

                A decision by the Relevant Regulator under section 2.20(a) or 2.23 is subject to review by the Relevant Appeals Body under the Gas Pipelines Access Law. Subject to the Gas Pipelines Access Law, the Relevant Regulator’s decision to approve the proposed Access Arrangement has effect on the date specified by the Relevant Regulator, which date must be not less than 14 days after the day the decision was made.
