NATIONAL THIRD PARTY ACCESS CODE FOR NATURAL GAS PIPELINE SYSTEMS - REG 1.3

                Any person, including the Relevant Regulator, may make an application to the NCC requesting that a particular Pipeline be Covered. A single application may be made under this section 1.3 for the Coverage of the whole or any part of a Pipeline, provided that all of that Pipeline, or all of that part of a Pipeline, is owned or operated by the same Service Provider or group of Service Providers. The NCC may publish guidelines concerning the form and content of Coverage applications and specifying the amount of any fee to be paid on the making of an application. If it does so, applications must be made in accordance with those guidelines.
