NON-CONTENTIOUS PROBATE RULES 1967 - REG 20

20 .         Will not proved under section 9 of Wills Act 1837

        (1)         Nothing in rules 15, 16, 17 or 18 applies to any will that it is sought to establish otherwise than by reference to section 8 of the Wills Act 1970 ; but the terms and validity of any such will shall be established to the satisfaction of the Registrar.

        (2)         Nothing in rules 15, 16, 17 or 18 applies to any document to which rule 20A applies.
