MINING REGULATIONS 1981 - REG 119
119 . Boundary marks to be pointed out
(1) When a mining
survey is to be carried out, the applicant for or the holder of the tenement
concerned who does not make himself or his agent available at a reasonable
time in order to point out to the approved surveyor carrying out the mining
survey his corner posts and other boundary marks commits an offence.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not apply where the application giving rise to the
mining survey is lodged on or after 1 July 1991.
