Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The library
authority may permit any organization being an association, society,
educational institution or business or any department or agency of the
Government of the State or Commonwealth to borrow books which are required for
the official business of the organization.
(2) An organization
wishing to borrow books shall make application on the appropriate form
provided by the library authority signed by an officer of the organization.
