Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) At the conclusion
of the scrutiny the Executive Officer shall announce to the meeting the name
of the member duly elected and shall notify the results of the poll in the
Government Gazette .
(2) The publication of
the notice in the Government Gazette shall be conclusive evidence that the
person named therein was duly elected as Chairman.
