12 . Refusal of licence
In addition to the
grounds specified in regulations 5 and 10, the CEO may refuse an
application for, or for renewal of, a licence as a carrier, or suspend or
cancel the licence of a carrier, if the CEO is satisfied that the applicant or
carrier is not competent to operate as a carrier of a type of controlled waste
referred to in regulation 11(1)(a).
