ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION REGULATIONS 1987 - REG 5EB
5EB . Fees under r. 5D, CEO may waive
If in respect of an
application for a licence, the Chief Executive Officer is satisfied that the
production or design capacity of the premises is so small that it would be
unreasonable to impose a fee, the Chief Executive Officer is to waive any
amount otherwise payable under regulation 5D in respect of the licence.
