Western Australian Consolidated Regulations A member shall be
regarded as partially and permanently disabled if the
member —
(a) is
60 years of age or younger;
(b) is
not totally and permanently disabled; and
(c) in
the opinion of the Board, after consideration of material evidence
satisfactory to it, is physically or mentally incapable of engaging in, or
working for reward in, any occupation or work for the employer for which he or
she is reasonably qualified by education, training or experience.
