Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A notice may be
given by the Board to any member either personally or by sending it by post to
the member at the last known address or to the normal place of work of that
member.
(2) Any notice sent by
post under subregulation (1) shall be deemed to have been served on the
day following the day on which the envelope or wrapper containing that notice
is posted and in proving such service it shall be sufficient to prove that the
envelope or wrapper containing the notice was properly addressed and put in
the post office.
