Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The vacancy that
occurs during a year in one of the offices of the appointed members of the
Board and the vacancy that occurs during that year in the office of the
appointed alternate member of the Board shall both be filled by appointment at
the same time.
(2) If there is any
dispute amongst the employers as to which persons should be appointed to the
Board, the chairman shall determine the appointments by lot.
