Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Notwithstanding the
repeal of the former Act, section 26 of that Act shall continue to apply
in relation to a pension payable under clause 6 of Schedule 3 to the
Coal Industry Superannuation Act 1989 , and for that purpose the Board
shall have all of the functions of the former tribunal under that section.
