Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) Subject to
subregulation (2), pensions which become payable under this Part shall be paid
at the rate at which they were paid or payable immediately before the coming
into operation of the Act.
(2) The rate of
pension or additional payment referred to in subregulation (1) shall be
altered at the same times and in the same proportions as the benchmark amount
referred to in regulation 7 is altered.
