Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A person
appearing, purporting or claiming to be qualified for or entitled to any
benefit shall on request produce to the Board such evidence and do and execute
such acts and documents as the Board may reasonably require.
(2) Whenever it
becomes necessary for the Board to decide questions of fact the Board may act
upon such proofs and presumptions, or either, as it considers satisfactory
irrespective of whether they are strictly legal proofs or presumptions.
