Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations The Board shall when a
person becomes a member, and thereafter at such intervals as the Board thinks
fit, invite the member to nominate —
(a) the
dependants to whom the member wishes benefits that may be payable upon or
after his death to be paid; and
(b) the
proportions in which the member wishes the benefits to be paid.
