COAL INDUSTRY SUPERANNUATION REGULATIONS 1990 - REG 22A

22A .         Preservation

                If required to do so by the SIS Act  2 the Board must preserve all or part of any benefit otherwise payable from the Fund in a manner consistent with the SIS Act  2 .
