24 . Extension of time during which permit has effect (s. 32(3))
(1) The relevant
permit authority may extend the time during which a permit has effect if the
permit authority is satisfied that —
(a) the
work, or stage of work, for which the permit was granted has not been
completed; or
(b) the
extension is necessary to allow rectification of defects in the work, or the
stage of work, for which the permit was granted.
(2) If a relevant
permit authority extends the time during which a permit has effect the permit
authority may impose any condition on the permit that the permit authority
could have imposed under section 27.
