ANIMAL WELFARE (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 2003 - REG 13

13 .         Claim for compensation (s. 93)

                A claim for compensation under section 93 of the Act is to be made by completing Form 4 in Schedule 2 and lodging that completed form with the Minister within the time period set out in the Act.
