Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations An authorised
inseminator or herdsman-inseminator shall keep a record of all semen received
by him from licensed premises for the purpose of the artificial insemination
of cows providing details of —
(a) the
address of every licensed premises from which semen is received, the
quantities received in each case and the date of each receipt;
(b) the
markings on each container received and whether it contained chilled or frozen
semen;
(c) the
date on which the semen or any of it was used for the artificial insemination
of cows;
(d) the
identity of, and the name and address of the owner of any cows inseminated;
and
(e) the
method, date of disposal and particulars of any semen not used for
insemination of cows or otherwise accounted for in accordance with this
regulation.
