Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A person who seeks
to be issued with a certificate of competency shall make an application in the
form of Form 5 in the First Schedule.
(2) A certificate of
competency shall be issued to a herdsman-inseminator or an authorised
inseminator on the condition that the holder of the certificate of competency
annually submits to the Chief Veterinary Surgeon the Inseminator Annual Return
of Semen usage and Non-Return Ratios in the form of Form 8 in the First
Schedule.
