Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) All premises
licensed under this Division shall be provided with a laboratory equipped with
all the necessary equipment for the examination, appraisal, dilution,
chilling, freezing, processing and storage of semen.
(2) All equipment with
which semen may come into contact during collection and any procedure referred
to in subregulation (1) shall —
(a) be
effectively cleaned and sterilized before any occasion of its use for that
purpose; and
(b) not
be used on any other premises without the prior consent of the Chief
Veterinary Surgeon.
