Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Subject to
subsection (2), the court may refrain from imposing any punishment.
(2) The court cannot
exercise the power given by subsection (1) with respect to more than 2
offences but, for the purpose of this subsection, multiple offences arising
from the one incident are to be treated as one offence.
