Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A community work
order is an order having the same effect as a youth community based order
imposing community work conditions.
(2) The provisions of
this Act with the modifications set out in Schedule 3, apply to a
community work order.
(3) If the defaulter
fully complies with an order under subsection (1) or if the court
discharges such an order, the obligation to pay the amount concerned is
satisfied.
