court may, in disposing of a matter, make upon any condition or undertaking
may include a condition or undertaking that the offender submit to the taking
of a body sample if required by the chief executive officer to do so or wear a
device for the purpose of having a body sample taken or detecting the presence
of a substance in the body of the offender.
