Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person who is
appointed under section 11(1) or (1a) as a custodial officer is
authorised to use no more than prescribed force in the management, control and
security of a facility or detention centre.
(2) A person who is
appointed under section 11(1) or (1a) as a custodial officer must not use
force on a young offender unless that force is used in the prescribed
circumstances.
