Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Board may, by
instrument, delegate the performance of any of its functions, except this
power of delegation and any disciplinary power conferred by the regulations or
another written law.
(2) A delegation under
subsection (1) may be made to —
(a) a
member of the Board;
(b) any
committee established under the regulations; or
(c) with
the approval of the Minister, any other person.
(3) A function
performed by a delegate is to be taken to be performed by the Board.
(4) A delegate
performing a function under this section is to be taken to do so in accordance
with the terms of the delegation unless the contrary is shown.
