Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Authority is
to issue to an inspector a certificate specifying the matters referred to in
section 47(2) that apply to that inspector.
(2) An inspector must
produce the certificate whenever requested to do so by any person apparently
having charge of any land, premises, or thing in respect of which the
inspector has exercised or is about to exercise any power.
(3) Production of the
certificate is evidence in any court of the designation, classification and
powers of the inspector to whom that certificate relates.
