Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Regulations
referred to in section 45 do not come into operation until they have
been —
(a)
published in the Government Gazette ; and
(b) laid
before each House of Parliament and either —
(i)
15 sitting days of each House have passed after the
regulations were so laid and notice of a motion to disallow the regulations
has not been given; or
(ii)
if notice of a motion to disallow the regulations has
been given, the motion has lapsed or has been withdrawn or defeated.
(2) The Minister is to
cause notice to be published in the Government Gazette showing the day on
which any such regulations came into operation.
