section 45 of the Water Legislation Amendment (Competition Policy)
Act 2005 comes into operation 1 , has been delivered or registered
under section 124A of the
Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage, and Drainage Act 1909 but not
endorsed under subsection (3) of that section is to be regarded as having
been lodged or registered, as the case requires, under this section.
