Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person who
is aggrieved by a decision of the Authority —
(a) to
refuse to grant, renew or transfer a licence;
(b) as
to the length of the period for which a licence is granted or renewed;
(c) as
to any term or condition of a licence; or
(d) to
amend a licence under section 31,
may apply to the State
Administrative Tribunal for a review of the decision.
