30 . Compensation payable before election under s. 24B
Subject to section 28,
when a worker elects under section 24B, any amount of compensation that was
paid or payable to him for any period of incapacity resulting from the
injuries referred to in section 24 or 24A and occurring before he so elects
and an agreement is registered or an order of an arbitrator is made with
respect to the amount of compensation payable pursuant to the election shall
not be deducted from the amount payable in accordance with the table set out
in Schedule 2.
