267 . Appeal costs
(1) The District Court
is not to make an order for costs against a worker on the ground that an
appeal under Part XIII was successful.
(2) If the appellant
in an appeal under Part XIII is a worker and is unsuccessful on the appeal,
the District Court is not to make an order for the payment of the
appellant’s costs on the appeal by any other party to the appeal.
