212 . Conditional and ancillary orders and directions
A power of an
arbitrator to make an order or give a direction (the primary power ) includes
the power to make the order subject to conditions and the power to make any
ancillary order or direction the arbitrator considers appropriate for
achieving the purpose for which the arbitrator may exercise the primary power.
