161A . Incorporated insurance offices not to issue or renew policies unless approved under s. 161
An incorporated
insurance office shall not issue or renew a policy insuring an employer
against his liability to pay compensation under this Act or insurable damages
unless the incorporated insurance office is approved by the Minister under
section 161 and the approval is not suspended at the time of the issue or
renewal of the policy or has not been revoked by the Minister.
Penalty: $5 000.
