13 . Act s. 11 and 12 do not affect case where compensation paid before 28 Nov 1977
Nothing in sections 11
or 12 in any way affects or limits the operation of this Act apart from those
sections in relation to an injury to or the death of a person if any person,
at any time before 28 November 1977, received compensation under the repealed
Act in respect of that injury or death, and this Act continues to apply to the
liability for and the right to compensation in respect of that injury or death
as if those sections were not in this Act.
