WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND INJURY MANAGEMENT ACT 1981 - SECT 104AA
104AA . Disclosure of interests by governing body members
(1) A member of
WorkCover WA’s governing body who has a material personal interest in a
matter being considered or about to be considered by the governing body must,
as soon as possible after the relevant facts have come to the member’s
knowledge, disclose the nature of the interest at a meeting of the governing
body.
Penalty: $10 000.
(2) A disclosure under
subsection (1) is to be recorded in the minutes of the meeting.
