WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND INJURY MANAGEMENT ACT 1981 - SECT 103A
103A . Insurers etc. to give WorkCover WA information
(1) A person being or
having been an insurer, a self-insurer, or a person referred to in
section 292(2)(a) or (b) or (3) who refuses or fails to furnish to WorkCover
WA, within such reasonable time as is specified by WorkCover WA, any
information or return requested in writing by WorkCover WA in order to enable
it to compile and record such statistics, records and reports as it considers
desirable for the better administration of this Act, commits an offence.
(2) A person who
furnishes to WorkCover WA under subsection (1) any information or return that
is false in a material particular commits an offence.
Penalty: $2 000.
