Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Treasurer
may, after consultation with the board, fix charges to be paid by the
corporation to the Treasurer for the benefit of the Consolidated Account in
respect of a guarantee given under section 83.
(2) Payments by the
corporation to the Treasurer in respect of any such charges are required to be
made at such times, and in such instalments, as the Treasurer determines.
