Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may
give directions in writing to the corporation generally with respect to the
performance of its functions and, subject to section 65, the corporation
is to give effect to any such direction.
(2) The Minister must
cause the text of any direction under subsection (1) to be laid before
each House of Parliament or dealt with under
section 87 —
(a)
within 14 days after the direction is given; or
(b) if
the direction is the subject of a notification under section 65, within
14 days after it is confirmed under that section.
