Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The corporation
must prepare and deliver to the Minister in each year a separate annual report
on the operations of each of the corporation and any subsidiary in accordance
with clauses 35 and 36 of Schedule 3.
(2) All of the reports
under subsection (1) are to be sent to the Minister at the same time.
(3) The Minister must
within 21 days after the day on which a copy of an annual report of the
corporation is delivered to the Minister cause a copy of the report to be laid
before each House of Parliament or dealt with in accordance with
section 87.
(4) An annual report
on the operations of a subsidiary is not required to be laid before Parliament
or dealt with under section 87.
