Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Regulations under
section 91 may authorise or approve —
(a) any
arrangement involving or relating to the corporation or any subsidiary or the
performance by the corporation of any of its functions;
(b) any
act or thing done or proposed to be done in the State by the corporation or
any subsidiary in the performance of its functions; or
(c) any
other matter or thing necessary or convenient to facilitate or give effect to
the authorisation or approval.
(2) For the purposes
of subsection (1) —
(a)
arrangement includes any contract, arrangement or understanding, or any market
practice or market or customer restriction, division, allocation or
segregation of any nature, or a course of conduct or dealing; and
(b) a
reference to any act or thing done or proposed to be done includes a reference
to an omission or proposed omission to do that act or thing.
