WATER CORPORATION ACT 1995 - SECT 34

34 .         Minister to be consulted on major initiatives

                In addition to section 32, the corporation must consult the Minister before it enters upon a course of action that in its opinion — 

            (a)         amounts to a major initiative; or

            (b)         is likely to be of significant public interest.
