Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The board, when it
delivers to the Minister its annual report under section 60, is also to
deliver to the Minister a separate report on the observance by members of
staff of any code of conduct in force under section 24.
(2) The board is to
give to the Commissioner for Public Sector Standards a copy of each report
under subsection (1).
