Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commissioner
for Public Sector Standards may in writing require the
board —
(a) to
report to him or her on the observance by members of staff of any code of
conduct in force under section 24; and
(b) to
make the reports at such times, but not more often than half-yearly,
as the Commissioner
may specify.
(2) The board must
comply with a requirement made under subsection (1).
(3) The Commissioner
for Public Sector Standards may at any time report to the Minister on any
matter relating to the observance by members of staff of a code of conduct in
force under section 24 that the Commissioner thinks should be brought to
the Minister’s attention.
