section 15, other than an executive officer, as if references to a
director were replaced by references to a person so engaged.
(2) Clauses 4, 5
and 7 to 11 of Schedule 2 apply to a person formerly engaged under
section 15, other than an executive officer, as if references to a former
director were replaced by references to a person formerly so engaged.
