Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Clauses 2 to
11, 15 and 16 of Schedule 2 apply to the chief executive officer in his
or her capacity as such in addition to their application to him or her in the
capacity of director.
(2) Clauses 4 and
7 to 11 of Schedule 2 apply to a former chief executive officer in his or
her capacity as such in addition to their application to him or her in the
capacity of former director.
(3) This section and
section 20 do not operate so as to make a chief executive officer or a
former chief executive officer liable to be punished twice for the same act or
omission.
