20 .         Directors, duties of, and relating to (Sch. 2)

                Schedule 2 has effect in relation to — 

            (a)         the duties of directors;

            (b)         the duties of the corporation in respect of directors and related persons; and

            (c)         the other matters provided for in that Schedule.
