WATER CORPORATION ACT 1995 - SECT 18

18 .         Designation of executive officers

                For the purposes of section 22, the board may designate a member of the staff of the corporation as an executive officer by resolution — 

            (a)         passed by the board; and

            (b)         notified in writing to the employee,

                and may in the same manner revoke such a designation.
