Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If a public
service officer is a director —
(a) his
or her duties as a director are to prevail if a conflict arises between those
duties and his or her other duties as a public service officer; and
(b) he
or she does not have any immunity of the Crown in respect of the duties and
liabilities imposed on directors by this Act.
(2) In this
section —
public service officer means a person who is
employed in the Public Service under Part 3 of the
Public Sector Management Act 1994 .
