Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) This Act applies
to the waters and associated land comprised within the respective management
areas for the time being defined pursuant to section 10(1), and to land
or water to which section 31 or section 32 applies, but not
elsewhere.
(1a) This Act does not
apply in respect of the development control area or the Riverpark.

(3) Where any
structure infringes the airspace over any such waters or associated land this
Act applies to the whole of that structure.
